Application:

  After PVC/PVDC is mixed with additives and plasticized, a transparent or colored film of specified thickness is formed by a three-roll or four-roll calendering mechanism, and the film is processed by this method to become a calendered film. Can also be cut, heat processing packaging bags, raincoats, tablecloths, curtains, inflatable toys and so on. The wide transparent film can be used for greenhouses, plastic greenhouses and mulch. Biaxially stretched film, the thermal shrinkage property, can be used for shrink packaging. When the soft pvc sheet is mixed, the appropriate amount of foaming agent is added to make a sheet, and the foam is formed into foam plastic, which can be used as foam slippers, sandals, insoles, and shock-proof buffer packaging materials. It can also be based on extruder into low-foam hard PVC/PVDC sheet and profile, which can replace wood for trial, and is a new type of building material. pvc plate with impact modifier and organotin stabilizer, after mixing, plasticizing, calendering to become a transparent sheet. Using thermoforming can be made into thin-walled transparent containers or used for vacuum blister packaging, which is an excellent packaging material and decorative materials - such as mooncake packaging boxes.
