It uniquely combines exceptional optical clarity with superior deep-drawing capabilities, enabling the reliable production of complex, multi-cavity, or unusually deep blister designs without sacrificing product visibility or barrier integrity. Ideal for premium and specialty drugs where presentation and precise forming are critical.

 

Technical Specifications

 

Structure: Multi-layer co-extruded film. Standard composition: PVC (base layer) / PE (adhesive/tie layer) / PVDC (barrier layer).

Thickness Range: Available from 200 to 350 microns, with specific gauges optimized for depth-of-draw requirements.

Key Performance Data:

Water Vapor Transmission Rate (WVTR): Typically < 0.7 g/m²/day (at 23°C, 85% RH), providing excellent moisture protection.

Packaging & Delivery

 

Standard Format: Film supplied wound on 3-inch (76mm) or 6-inch (152mm) internal diameter cores.

Roll Dimensions: Standard widths: 250mm, 310mm, 400mm. Custom widths available.

Roll Length: Standard lengths of 2000 or 3000 meters per roll. Custom lengths can be accommodated.

Shipping: Rolls are individually wrapped in anti-static polyethylene film, packed in reinforced cardboard boxes, and palletized for secure shipment.
