Due to PE has good heat sealing ability, it can not obstruct the gas but it can obstruct the fluid very well. It is good for fluid packing. Normally we use PET/PE for perfume packing . However , If there is any volatile, please consult to use PET/EVOH coated film. This product has high obstruct ability. It can complete avoid the volatilization of the shortage quantity or the capability of the perfume will be affected.

PS : Chemic and oil resistance capability

EVOH compound film has excellent oil resistance and organic solvent resistance. Put it in the liquor and oil in the 68 degree F. A year later, the increased percentage of the weight is : cyclohexane, xylene, petroleum ether, benzene and acetone is 0% ; glycol is 2.3% ; methanol is 12.2%; salad oil is 0.1%. EVOH compound film has high mechanical strength, flexibility, surface strength, abrasive resistant, weather resistance and strong antistatic capability. The material has high gloss and the low fog density, so it has a high degree of transparency.

The main production equipments of PET transparent sheet are: crystallization tower, drying tower, extruder, header, three-roller calender, winding machine.

The production process is as follows: crystallization of raw materials - drying - extrusion plasticization - extrusion molding - calendering and shaping - winding products.

PET is a milky white or light yellow, highly crystalline polymer with a smooth and glossy surface. It has excellent physical and mechanical properties in a wide range of temperatures, long-term use temperature up to 120 ℃, excellent electrical insulation, even at high temperatures and high frequencies, its electrical properties are still good, but poor corona resistance, creep resistance, fatigue resistance, friction resistance, dimensional stability are very good.
