APET/PE film is a barrier film, used for the thermoforming process for various packaging application.
Especially It is excellent food product packaging material, can be made Clear and rigid. Excellent for meat and fish trays, cheese and other form/fill/seal applications.
Barrier laminated films , thanks to their barrier properties, have attractive printing and perfect glossy appearance, are perfectly suited to the needs of the contemporary food industry. In case of this type of film, inter-layer printing is a perfect method of protecting the graphical content from any damage that may occur when the products are transported or stored.
The laminating process makes it possible to protect the print-out in a way, which would prevent any external factors from causing any damage on its surface. It also allows for a great increase of the barrier properties of the base film.
Due to PE has good heat sealing ability, it can not obstruct the gas but it can obstruct the fluid very well. It is good for fluid medicine packing. Some factories used old glass bottles before, it has two fatal defects: 1 is easy broken when you are opening. 2.The fluid in it is easy to expanded and crash the bottle when it has fermented. So it will damage the product packaging. Officinal PET/PE coated film has kept away from the two defects above. It is mainly produced by officinal PET film, then heat seal PE film.
